Where do we ship from?

Our warehouse is in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia.

How fast will I get my order?

We strive to ship as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Nope! We are happy to fulfill all orders!

How much will my shipping be?

Shipping within the contiguous United States is a flat rate of $4.49 for all orders. Shipping costs for orders outside of the contiguous United States will vary depending on the location, weight of the package and carrier. We will contact these customers with this information prior to shipping.

Payment Options?

You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

I saw a photo of a fireplace in a magazine. Can you recreate it?

We absolutely can. The benefit of having control over each step in the production process means we can create anything you envision.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order has been picked, packed and is ready to ship. We will not charge you for items out of stock. We do not backorder items.

How are our cookie cutters measured?

We measure the longest dimension of the cookie cutter, regardless of the orientation of the shape of the cookie cutter.

Do you take product suggestions?

Yes! We love to hear from our customers any suggestions or ideas, please send us an email at [email protected]. We also run contests through our social media accounts for our customers to design their own cookie cutter.

Use and Care?

We recommend you hand wash and dry all R&M products in warm soapy water before and after each use. Our cookie cutters should not be put in the dishwasher.

How can I set up a Wholesale Account?

It’s easy! Simply email us your W-9 form to [email protected]. We will respond within 1-2 business days and let you know we have confirmed your wholesale status. Or we’ll let you know if we require additional information or references.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders will ship within three (3) business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are shipped from Pipersville, PA. Average standard shipping transit time is 3-4 days while some rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times, up to 6-8 days.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Flat rate standard shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) United States is $4.49

Flat rate 2nd Day – $14.99

Flat Rate Next Day – $19.99

Can I Ship to a PO Box?

YES!

What About an APO/FPO?

Unfortunately, R&M does not currently offer shipments to APO or FPO addresses.

I Live in Canada – Can I Have My Products Shipped There?

Yes, we make shipments to Canada! Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. A customer service representative will contact you with details and authorization prior to the shipment being processed.

International Shipments

R&M makes shipments outside of North America, but additional shipping and handling charges will apply with extended delivery times. A customer service representative will reach out to you with details and authorization prior to the shipment being processed.

Return Policy

At R&M International, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products at a great price, all the time. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your purchase please contact R&M International at [email protected] for details regarding a product return. We offer a no hassle 30-day return policy. When reaching out to R&M for a return authorization, please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product(s) You Are Dissatisfied With
  • Details Regarding the Dissatisfaction (pictures always help)

 

A customer service representative will be in contact with return instructions within 2-business days (holidays excluded). Any promotional discount on your original order will be recalculated when issuing a return. Please note that any clearance items are not eligible for return.

Returns are only issued to customers that purchased items directly from R&M International (www.morethanbaking.com). If you have purchased one of our items from an authorized reseller, and are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact the reseller for return information.
