    I ordered this item through JC Penney. It had scratches on it when it arrived.
    I tried to get JCPenney to send a new one but since it was ordered online, it was going to be a hassle!
    I tried the pie catcher.. It ‘does’ work. The apple pie ran on the catcher instead of the bottom of the oven.
    I am happy with it…
    but I would be happier if it didn’t have the coating scratched off!
